当前对恶性淋巴瘤细胞学的研讨问题可概括为:(1)从理论上弄清楚什么是网状细胞和组织细胞。过去所讲的淋巴瘤组织细胞型是什么?(2)淋巴细胞转化的特征(以免疫母细胞为其代表)。真正的网状细胞(组织细胞)和转化的淋巴细胞的区别。(3)良性免疫母细胞和恶性免疫母细胞(包括其他淋巴转化细胞)的区别。
The current research questions on cytology of malignant lymphoma can be summarized as follows: (1) It is theoretically clear what are reticulocytes and tissue cells. In the past, what is the lymphoma cell type? (2) Characteristics of lymphocyte transformation (with immunoblasts as its representative). Differences between true reticulocytes (tissue cells) and transformed lymphocytes. (3) Differences between benign immunoblastic and malignant immune blasts (including other lymphoid transformed cells).
