采用高频红外吸收法测定了氧化钴粉中硫的含量 ,并对样品作测定前的预处理 (物理处理 ) ,在测定上选用复合型助熔剂 ,解决了高频感应炉中因顶吹氧气流的作用而导致的样品喷溅问题。并将镍作为辅助助熔剂应用于碳硫测定。该方法可准确测定硫含量为 0 .0 0 1 %~ 0 .1 %的氧化钴粉中的硫 ,回收率为95.6%~ 1 0 4 .8%。 RSD为 2 .2 %~ 4.9%。
High-frequency infrared absorption method was used to determine the content of sulfur in the cobalt oxide powder. The samples were taken as pretreatment (physical treatment) before the determination. Compound flux was selected in the measurement to solve the problem that the top blowing oxygen The problem of sample splashing caused by the flow. Nickel is used as an auxiliary flux for the determination of carbon and sulfur. The method can accurately measure the sulfur in the cobalt oxide powder with the sulfur content of 0.010-1.0%, and the recovery rate is 95.6% -104.8%. RSD is 2.2% ~ 4.9%.
