2011年国家电网公司选择江苏、重庆作为电力体制改革“三集五大”的试点,作为县公司从生产的角度仅仅负责20kV及以下配电网的管理和建设。本论文就是在这个新形势下结合泰兴市供电公司配电网的实际情况,对农村配电网现状及发展趋势进行了阐述,对配电网运行维护存在的结构性、技术性、管理性问题进行了总结和分析。
