本文通过学习党的十八大报告关于全面建成小康社会的新论述、新要求,结合长期以来对全面小康建设进程的观测,就江西全面小康建设进程、建成小康社会的前景做一点解读,谈点个人看法,供参考。一、十八大关于全面小康的新要求在十六大、十七大提出的“全面建设小康社会”目标要求基础上,十八大在报告主题中发出了“坚定不移沿着中国特色社会主义道路前进,为全面建成小康社会而奋斗”的号召,做出了“全面建成小康社会”的新部署
