小学信息技术课程不同于计算机职业技能培训,技能培训是培养软件的操作工,对工作有直接指向意义,只要学会如何操作即可。而小学生学习信息技术主要是提升学习信息技术的能力,为学生的后续发展服务,所以,侧重点在于如何能规范地学习和使用信息技术,知道怎么学习,而不是复杂的操作。就培养学生在口头表达和作品表达方面如何提高学生信息素养提出了一些看法。
Primary information technology curriculum is different from computer vocational skills training, skills training is to train software operators, the work has a direct point to meaning, as long as learn how to operate. The primary school students to learn information technology is to enhance the ability to learn information technology for the follow-up development of students, so the emphasis is on how to regulate the use of information technology and learn how to learn, rather than complex operations.
