《美国竞争法》要求对科学、技术和研究项目注资336亿美元美国国会众议院上月以367票对57票的压倒多数通过了一项名为《美国竞争法》(COMPETES)的法案,参议院也在当日通过该项法案。法案经总统布什正式签署后生效。《美国竞争法》是《为长远促进一流的技术、教育和科学创造机会》法案的英文首字母缩写。其主旨为保持美国在21世纪的创新性,增强美国竞争力,因此被外界誉为美国未来科技教育发展的“路线图”。
U.S. Competition Law Requires $ 33.6 Billion in Science, Technology and Research Projects The House of Representatives passed an over-the-top bill called “COMPETES” last month with 367 votes to 57 votes.
