3月8日,山西省忻州市原平市中阳乡小南章山因农民焚烧秸秆发生山林火灾。原平市公安消防大队接警后,派副大队长牛国栋、中队临时代理中队长阳军带领10名战士迅速行动,于20时50分左右到达事发地。因扑救山火时机不成熟,现场指挥部下令于次日凌晨2时至4时开始上山灭火。3月9日凌晨2时左右,阳军带领10名战士上山灭火,3时10分到达着火点,5时40分左右将该着火点火势扑灭,并下山进行休整。6时18分,现场指挥部又命令
