针对光热大功率碟式太阳能电站聚能器网架精确数学模型建立困难,而又迫切需要精确分析结果的实际,建立了25 kW碟式太阳能电站聚能器网架的ANSYS有限元模型,对聚能器网架在正常工作条件和结构校验载荷下的强度特性进行了校验分析,得到了相应的变形和应力云图及一系列重要结论.研究表明:在常规工作条件下,自重对网架变形有较大影响,随着网架高度角的增加,网架变形逐渐增大,当高度角为90°时网架变形量达到最大值61 mm;在结构校验载荷下,聚能器网架结构满足强度要求.所作研究为检验和优化聚能器网架结构提供了理论依据.
Aiming at the difficulty in establishing the accurate mathematical model of concentrator grid for solar thermal power station and the urgent need of analyzing the actual results, ANSYS finite element model of concentrator grid of 25 kW solar power station is established. The strength characteristics of the energy grid under normal working conditions and structural proof load are checked and analyzed, and corresponding deformation and stress cloud charts and a series of important conclusions are obtained. The results show that under normal working conditions, As the height angle of the truss increases, the deformation of the truss gradually increases. When the height angle is 90 °, the deformation of the truss reaches the maximum value of 61 mm. Under the structural verification load, The structure of the grid satisfies the strength requirements.The research provided a theoretical basis for testing and optimizing the grid structure of the concentrator.
