陆浑水库为黏土斜墙砂卵石坝,建设时坝基断层破碎带未能有效处理,建成运用后,存在坝肩渗漏、坝基渗透和坝体稳定等问题,导致该水库无法按照设计水位正常使用,是我国的重点病险水库之一。基于此,参考陆浑水库的工程地质勘查资料和地下水位观测资料,对其坝基渗透稳定问题进行系统化分析,对坝基断层破碎带渗透稳定性进行评价,为管理和加固工程提供有价值的依据支撑,促使水库工程安全运行、蓄水效益得以全面发挥,为我国国民经济的进一步发展提供有效助力。
