Tire Information Review (www.tirereview.com) June 20, 2008: MNA has allocated $ 350 million to upgrade its North American tire plant and recently added another 9000 Million dollars in the plan. The $ 90 million was used to upgrade and expand facilities at two plants in Lexington, one of which produces passenger tires and light
