目的:观察醒脑静注射液联合阿糖腺苷治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将120例手足口病患儿采用数字列表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组采用醒脑静注射液联合阿糖腺苷治疗,对照组单独应用醒脑静注射液治疗,比较两组患者的治疗有效率、显效时间与平均住院时间。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、退疹时间、住院时间均较对照组显著缩短,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液联合阿糖腺苷治疗手足口病临床疗效佳、显效快、住院时间短,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of xingnaojing injection and vidarabine in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods: 120 cases of HFMD children were randomly divided into observation group and control group by digital list method, 60 cases each. The observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection combined with adenosine. The control group was treated with Xingnaojing injection alone. The treatment efficiency, effective time and average length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); the observation group had better antipyretic time, Significantly shortened, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xingnaojing injection combined with vidarabine in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease has good clinical curative effect, fast onset of effect, short hospital stay and is worthy of clinical application.
