由瑞典国际发展合作署提供资金,云南大学法学院与瑞典罗尔.瓦伦堡人权与人道法研究所共同举办的中国西部法律援助工作者国际人权法培训项目(第二阶段),于2007年6月4日—6月14日在中国云南昆明成功举办。通过对32名西部法律援助工作者的培训,宣传了国际人权法思想,扩大了国际人权法在中国西部的影响,促进了国际人权法在中国西部法律援助事业中贯彻实施,从而促进中国西部人权保护环境的进一步改善。项目培训工作的联系开始于2007年2月份。2007年4月低,瑞典罗尔.瓦伦堡人权与人道法研究所中外项目官员到云南大学考察会议的准备情况。之后,云南大学法学院与瑞典罗尔.瓦伦堡人权与人道法研究所为培训作了大量的认真细致的准备工作,包括培训资料、培训学员联系方式的编排、校对和打印,学员食宿和培训场地的选择与安排,以及与培训学员的沟通和联系等。项目官员陈婷婷女士,为搞好培训专门提前一天到昆明指导和检查工作。2007年6月4日上午9点,培训开幕式在昆明翠怡酒店举行。云南大学副校长肖宪教授、云南大学法学院书记苏南教授和副院长陈铁水教授参加了开幕式。开幕式由云南大学法学院副院长陈铁水教授主持,云南大学副校长肖宪教授代表云南大学致欢迎词。瑞典罗尔.瓦伦堡人权与人道法研究所Mr.JoshuaBird(卜书亚)先生向培训者和专家介绍培训纲要,陈婷婷女士对会议日程安排做了简要介绍。
Funded by the Swedish International Cooperation Agency for Development (SIDA), the training course on international human rights law for western legal aid workers in China (Phase II) co-sponsored by Law School of Yunnan University and the Swedish Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law of Rot.
