继父母子女间的继承权问题曾一度困扰着诸多公民。从法律角度来讲,其主要是着重从促进家庭结构稳定的层面出发的,鼓励我国公民积极形成养父母子女的关系。而在形成这一关系的同时,彼此也形成了抚养的关系,从民商法层面来讲,其继子女在法律地位上,与亲生父母子女间有着同等关系,同时,继承权的享受与需承担履行的抚养义务具有一致性,所以只有真正履行了相应义务的继子女,才有权利去继承继父母的遗产。本文就针对继父母子女间的继承权问题做出了进一步探究。
