(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(简称5-Br-PADAP)是高灵敏度金属显色剂,应用于锰的测定已有报道,其灵敏度较高,但稳定性较差,且需使用剧毒剂-氰化钾。本文在此基础上,研究用国产乳化剂OP胶束增溶锰-5-Br-PADAP络合物,此络合物稳定性大大提高,在三乙醇胺-巯基乙酸存在下,不需使用氰化钾即可掩蔽酒中存在的干扰离子,本法应用于酒中微量锰的测定获得满意效果。
