本文介绍用电导率法对灌水猪肉进行监测。本法仪器设备简单,平行试验CV%为2.26;重复试验CV%为1.82。本法基本不受猪种、性别、年龄、饲养环境等因素影响,能对灌水猪肉组织进行定性、半定量测定。
This article describes the use of conductivity method for monitoring of irrigation pork. The equipment of this Law is simple, the CV% of parallel test is 2.26, and the CV% of repeated test is 1.82. This Law is basically not affected by factors such as pig breed, sex, age, feeding environment, etc., and can quantitatively and qualitatively determine semi-quantitatively the pork tissues of irrigation.
