目的探讨临床上对功能失调性子宫出血患者实施综合护理干预措施的效果。方法采取随机实验法,以我院收治的120例功能失调性子宫出血患者为研究对象,将患者随机均分为实验组和对照组,对对照组患者实施常规护理干预措施,对实验组患者实施综合护理干预措施。结果实验组患者在接受了综合护理干预措施后,病情的改善情况明显优于接受常规护理干预措施的对照组患者,结果具有非常显著的差异。结论在临床上对功能失调性子宫出血患者实施综合护理干预措施可以明显改善患者病情,提高患者手术的有效率,在临床上具有广泛的推广意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A randomized trial was conducted in 120 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing interventions and the patients in experimental group Comprehensive nursing interventions. Results Patients in the experimental group received better comprehensive nursing interventions, and the improvement was significantly better than those in the control group receiving routine nursing interventions. The results showed a very significant difference. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding can significantly improve the patient’s condition and improve the operative efficiency of patients, which has a wide range of clinical significance.
