一、引言目前,国内外资料所介绍的淬火介质,虽然种类繁多,但基本上都是随着钢种、零件的几何形状和精度要求而有所不同,还没有一种能适合所有钢种淬火的介质。为了寻求一种能适用于多钢种的淬火介质,我们参考国外专利,并进一步试验研究出一种新型淬火介质—双钠淬火介质。它弥补了水和油作为淬火介质的缺陷,解决了低淬透性钢、碳素结构钢、合金结构钢、渗碳钢、碳素工具钢的淬硬、变形和开裂问题。在实际应用中获得了较为满意的效果。
