古语有云:“得人者兴,失人者崩”。同理,若某个开发区的产业项目多而集中,则将会蒸蒸日上,反之则落魄甚至走向衰亡。石家庄经济技术开发区是1992年经河北省人民政府批准建立的省级开发区,在2013年被国务院正式批准为国家级开发区。其拥有的有利地理位置一度对开发区的招商引资起到“画龙点睛”的效果,吸引了众多的外资和国家级企业入驻。
As the old saying goes: “people were Hing, lost collapse collapse.” In the same way, if a large number of industrial projects in a development zone are concentrated, they will thrive and vice versa. Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone is a provincial-level development zone approved by the People’s Government of Hebei Province in 1992 and formally approved as a state-level development zone by the State Council in 2013. Its advantageous geographic location once played an important role in attracting investment from the development zone and attracted many foreign-funded and state-level enterprises.
