CFG(Cement Fly-ash Grave)桩是水泥粉煤灰碎石桩的简称,是近年来发展起来的一种新型桩。京津城际铁路采用CFG桩处理地基的成功实例使CFG桩在京沪高速铁路施工中得到广泛应用。本文结合京沪高速铁路曲阜段实际CFG桩施工过程中采用的土模法施工,简要介绍CFG桩施工方法和桩帽土模法施工技术及优点,对黏土地区采用CFG桩处理地基具有一定的指导性。
CFG (Cement Fly-ash Grave) pile is short for cement fly ash gravel pile, which is a new kind of pile developed in recent years. The successful application of CFG pile in Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway makes CFG pile widely used in the construction of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. In this paper, the construction method of CFG pile in Qufu section of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is introduced. The construction technology and advantages of CFG pile construction method and pile-cap soil model method are briefly introduced. It has some guidance to CFG pile foundation treatment in the clay area Sex.
