利用WDW-10kN型微机控制电子式万能试验机和DSC-60型自动差示扫描量热仪,研究了日本信越和湖州展望低黏羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、卡拉胶、明胶以及复配材料的成膜性和所成膜的性能。结果表明,HPMC及其复配样品均具有较好的成膜性,而且所成膜均具有很好的均匀性和透光性。明胶的成膜时间较长,所成膜易产生霉点,在生产时需加入防腐剂。HPMC的断裂属于韧性断裂,断裂延伸率较大,而加入卡拉胶后断裂延伸率有所降低。明胶的拉伸曲线呈脆性断裂,其断裂延伸率相对较小,而强度最大。HPMC与卡拉胶有很好的相容性,可以在一定程度上降低生产植物胶囊的成本。随着人们对植物胶囊的了解,以及国内外公众用药理念的转变,植物胶囊的市场需求将迅速增长。“,”With WDW-10 kN type microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine and DSC-60 type automatic differential scanning calorimetric apparatus, the film forming abilityand the performance of the film of the low viscosity HPMC of Japan Shlngtsu ancl tiuznou Outlook, CMC, carrageenan, gelatin and the compound with sample were studied. Results showed that the HPMC and its compound with sample are good film forming ability, and the film all has the very good uniformity and pervious to light quality. Gelatin filmed for a long time, the film easily generated mildew and need join preservatives in production. HPMC fracture belongs to the ductile fracture, the breaking elongation rate is bigger, and the breaking elongation rate reduced after joining earrageenan. Gelatin tensile curve is brittle fracture, and the elongation was relatively small, while the biggest strength. HPMC and carrageenan has good compatibility, can to a certain extent, reduce the cost of production plant capsule. As people to plant capsule of uncierstanding, and the public at home and abroad medication concept change, plant capsule market demand will be rapid growth.
