一、筹备之经过。前处〔陈〕少微同志到上海时,负中央命令召集闽南、闽北各县负责同志联席会议,成立临时省委。当时陈少微同志即在沪,函闽北临委下令各县,令各县同志到厦开会。及少微同志归来后,复电闽北临委令其着速来厦。但当时闽北常无函,故闽南临委不敢召集闽南各县负责同志来厦。直到十一月二十一号闽北临委始来负责同志三人。当时即与闽南特委开一联席会议,决定在最近召集大会。并推出陈明、林熙盛、王海萍、丘伴林、陈昭礼、葛越溪、潘作民为大会的筹备委员,组织筹备委员会。于是即电召各县负责同志赶
