周荫昌(1936.9—)作曲家一五六十年代以尚疾署名的《小红花》、《云》、《小溪流水响叮咚》等至今为中小学传统教材。音乐理论家——《音乐形象的美学特征》、《港台流行歌曲问题》、《社会音乐生活与青年审美意识》等论著使之名扬八十年代初中;近十年来开拓音乐文化学研究,《音乐文化与青年(官兵)》、《音乐文化与素质教育》等系列报告更使之饮誉全国。音乐教育家—从教三十五载,且为“军队文化管理专业”创办人;以“良师益友”而获“全国优秀青年思想教育工作者”光荣称号,以“杰出教育家”而两膺“铸魂金杯”。现任:国家教委艺术教育委员会常务副主任,中国音协理论委员会委员,解放军艺术学院教授,
