高职院校人才的培养不仅要根据市场需求设置专业、按岗位所需的知识和技能设置课程,而且要科学合理地构建实训体系。实训体系是高职院校实践教学的主要内容,其构建合理与否体现了高职院校是否具有显著的办学特色。本文就我院模具专业教学计划中课程实训相互独立、相关知识未能有机地融合、实训课题、方法、要求等与生产实际脱节等问题,提出了基于混合课程模式的模具专业实训体系建设的思想,并付诸实践取得了较好的效果。
