随着矿产资源开发利用技术的提高,我国的钒钛磁铁矿中不仅铁具有较高的利用价值,其伴生的钒、钛、铬、钴、镍等多种成分,其综合利用价值可能远远超过铁本身的价值。因此,对已有钒钛磁铁矿矿区内针对钒、钛等伴生组份的地质勘查工作在进一步的展开。本文以朝阳地区某钒钛磁铁矿矿山为例,以寻找铁矿为基础,兼顾钒、钛、锰等伴生组份,对该地区进行了地质勘查,最终圈定锰矿矿点一处,钛矿矿点一处,均具有进一步开发价值。
