目的探讨用三腔喂养管减压、营养、胃肠冲洗治疗晚期自发性食管破裂的效果。方法把三腔喂养管于数字血管机透视引导下放置合理的位置，三腔喂养管除了有普通胃管的胃肠减压作用，特别之处在于末端到达空肠内，鼻饲时营养液可不经过胃直接到达空肠进行吸收，胃肠减压及空肠喂养同时进行，压力调节腔可用于调节胃内压力[1]。结果尽管治疗时间较长患者的思想压力大，但整个治疗过程平稳疗效满意。结论对于晚期自发性食管破裂患者，三腔管治疗是方便、安全、经济、有效的方法。,Objective To study the feeding tube decompression with three Chambers,nutrition,gastrointestinal flushing for the treatment of late spontaneous esophageal rupture.Methods The three cavity feeding tube in digital machine by placing reasonable position,and perspective to guide the three cavity feeding tube inaddition to the normal gastric tube of gastrointestinal decompression effect,especially in the end reach the jejunum, nasogastric nutrient solution can not directly to stomach jejunum to absorb,gastrointestinal decompression and jejunum feeding at the same time,the pressure regulating cavity can be used to adjust the pressure in the stomach[1].Results Although the treatment time is longer than the patient’s thought pressure is big,but the whole treatment process stable curative effect is satisfied.Conclusion For patients with spontaneous esophageal rupture in late, three cavity tube treatment is convenient,safe,economical and effective method.
