随着我市三甲医院规模的不断扩大,人才竞争变得更加激烈。在这种情况之下,医院应该采取科学、有效的方式对人力资源管理进行调整,以使人力和物力之间的关系可以保持平衡。劳动用工合同在人力资源管理当中占据着非常重要的地位,所以对于医院来讲,一定要加强三甲医院劳动者劳动保障水平,更好地促进医院发展。本论文主要对劳动规章制度进行了分析,同时,还对劳动合同管理以及资源管理等进行了讨论,重点研究了我市三甲医院如何通过加强劳动保障监察机制来推动医院建设水平的提升。
As the city’s top three hospitals continue to expand the size of talent competition becomes more intense. Under such circumstances, hospitals should adopt a scientific and effective method to adjust human resources management so that the relationship between manpower and material resources can be balanced. Labor and employment contracts occupy a very important position in the management of human resources, so for the hospital, we must strengthen labor and social security workers in the top three hospitals to better promote the development of the hospital. This dissertation mainly analyzes the labor rules and regulations, and at the same time discusses labor contract management and resource management. It focuses on how to improve the level of hospital construction by strengthening the labor security supervision mechanism.
