目的:探讨真空负压袋固定技术和低温热塑体膜固定技术在胸部肿瘤患者治疗摆位精度的作用价值。方法:将60例患者固定方式分为两组,一组30例使用真空负压袋固定,另一组30例采用胸腹低温热塑体膜固定技术,比较两组中心点移位情况。结果:两组x轴、y轴方向移位范围无明显差异(P>0.05),z轴有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:胸部肿瘤患者由于呼吸动度、胸廓变化、皮肤(松弛)牵拉等因素,造成摆位误差,使用胸腹低温热塑体膜固定技术明显减少摆位误差,从而提高了治疗摆位精确度。
Objective: To investigate the role of vacuum vacuum bag fixation and low temperature thermoplastic film fixation in the treatment of thoracic tumor patients. Methods: Sixty patients were divided into two groups. One group of 30 patients were fixed with vacuum negative pressure bags. Another group of 30 patients were treated with thoraco-abdominal low-temperature thermoplastic film fixation. The central point shift was compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the shift range of the x-axis and y-axis (P>0.05), and the z-axis was significantly different (P<0.05).
