全总十四届三次执委会议审议通过的《中华全国总工会关于加强协调劳动关系、切实维护职工合法权益、推进构建社会主义和谐社会的决定》,对于进一步推进工会维权工作具有十分重要的指导意义。为了帮助广大工会干部学习领会该《决定》精神,由《决定》起草组成员编写的《工会维权100问》一书即将由中国工人出版社出版。本刊从第五期起选录其中部分内容连续刊出,以飨读者。——编者
