SO_2吹气冷芯盒制芯,是七十年代发展起来的一种高效率、低能耗制芯方法。华中工学院于1976年开始列课题研究,1981年通过实验室鉴定,随后在襄樊力车厂进行批量生产性试验。根据生产要求,研制了工业用活化剂、制芯工艺和工装、生产用制芯设备,并组成生产线。图1为生产线在浇注铸件。该生产线1983年3月投入生产,配合射挤压造型,共生产可锻铸铁件一万多件。同年7月通过省级鉴定,现场30分钟的连续测试:硬化时间22s、生产率56盒/h、所制砂芯全部成品、车间内外空气中SO_2含量远低于国家规定限值。认为:制芯材料、工艺及设备配套,生
