目的探讨心理护理对慢性精神分裂症患者的临床价值。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月间我院收治的慢性精神分裂症患者64例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规护理,试验组患者在常规护理的基础上实施心理护理,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果试验组患者的护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE 30)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针对慢性精神分裂症患者应用心理护理可以有效地提高患者的恢复情况。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of psychological nursing in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods Sixty-four patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing care. Patients in experimental group were performed on the basis of routine nursing care Psychological care, the care effects of two groups were compared. Results The NOSIE 30 score of nurses in test group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The application of psychological care for patients with chronic schizophrenia can effectively improve the recovery of patients.
