“邱”ד皇后”菠萝杂种胚愈伤组织已分化成苗。将带杂种胚的种子培养在含有苄基腺嘌呤或吲哚丁酸的培养基上,诱发胚芽愈伤组织。愈伤组织从根部形成,最终包裹了整个胚。将原始愈伤组织进行多次中间培养,就可促使它继续生长。中间培养的愈伤组织中,发现有芽分化。将从芽丛上分离的单株移至基本培养基上培养。从一个杂种胚平均可获得20～25株发育完全的植株。
