这一讲介绍料浆浓缩法生产磷铵的氨化料浆蒸发浓缩过程。首先，借助于ＮＨ３－ Ｈ３ＰＯ４－ Ｈ２Ｏ溶解度图对蒸发过程进行了分析，然后解释了蒸发加热器结垢少且易于清洗的原因，最后对双效逆流、三效逆流和双效逆流节能型３种蒸发流程进行了分析比较。
This talk introduces slurry concentration of ammoniacal ammonium phosphate slurry evaporation process. First, the evaporation process was analyzed by means of the NH3-H3PO4-H2O solubility diagram, and then the reasons for the small and easy cleaning of the evaporative heater were explained. Finally, the effects of double-effect countercurrent, three-effect countercurrent and double- Evaporation process was analyzed and compared.
