人类社会在经济发展过程中,物质生产的参与因素是数不胜数的,归纳起来,最终可以概括为6种生产要素即:智能、管理、技术、劳力、资金、资产。这6种因素实际上构成了进行物质生产所必要的,同时也是充分的所有乐件,即充要因素,概称为生产要素。这些生产要素的组合,形成生产经营的功能团,以企业的组织形态开展活动。企业是社会物质财富生产的基本单位和核算单位。
In the course of economic development, human society has numerous factors of participation in material production.
