Many menopausal women due to hot flashes, night sweats and other issues, often sleep well at night, or half asleep to wake up. A new study shows that if menopausal women exercise during the day, exercise a lot, will sleep better at night. The study focused on menopausal women who had hot flashes and night sweats and were between 54 and 63 years of age. Researchers put these women in diaries
