现代化的企业管理中,财务管理是企业管理的核心,是企业发展的基础。在经济发展的初级阶段,中小企业都是我国经济发展和社会秩序稳定的重要支柱,财务管理的能力直接决定着中小企业的正常运行及长远发展,但由于中小企业的企业规模、管理水平、专业人才等方面存在着一些缺陷,其企业的发展过程中财务管理方面就面临着巨大的挑战,财务基础的薄弱,往往成为企业迅猛发展的绊脚石。本文先对中小企业中财务管理的重要性进行剖析,然后深入总结中小企业财务管理所存在的问题,再研究解决中小企业财务管理问题的切实可行对策,推动中小企业快速发展。
In modern enterprise management, financial management is the core of enterprise management and the foundation of enterprise development. In the initial stage of economic development, small and medium-sized enterprises are all the important pillars of our country’s economic development and social order stability. The ability of financial management directly determines the normal operation and long-term development of SMEs. However, due to the small and medium-sized enterprises’ scale of operation, management level, Talent and other aspects of the existence of some shortcomings, the development of enterprises in the financial management is facing enormous challenges, the weak financial base, often become a stumbling block to the rapid development of enterprises. This article first analyzes the importance of financial management in SMEs, and then summarizes the problems existing in the financial management of SMEs, and then studies the practical countermeasures to solve the financial management problems of SMEs to promote the rapid development of SMEs.
