环境检察工作走专业化发展道路,是未来环境治理领域的一种发展趋势。在我国现阶段,推进环境检察专门化在理论上具有正当性、实践中具有可行性。俄罗斯的自然保护检察院、巴西的检察机关环境司法机制,均为我们提供了很好的借鉴。应积极探索建立专门的环境检察机构,构建专门的环境检察机制。
Environmental procuratorial work to take the road of specialization is a trend in the field of environmental governance in the future. At the present stage of our country, advancing the specialization of environmental procurator has the legitimacy in theory and is feasible in practice. Russia’s Procuratorate of Nature and the procuratorate’s environmental judicial mechanism in Brazil all provide us a good reference. Should actively explore the establishment of specialized environmental procuratorial agencies to build a special environmental procuratorial mechanism.
