液压缸泵送混凝土喷射机,以往复式液压油缸驱动并列的两个混凝土输料工作缸,交替吸料、出料,将充分搅拌好的混凝土湿料压入输料管。压风经喷嘴处的风环进入料流,将混凝土喷向岩面(如图1所示)。
The hydraulic cylinder pumps the concrete sprayer and drives two parallel concrete feeding cylinders side by side with a reciprocating hydraulic cylinder. The material is sucked and discharged alternately, and the well-mixed concrete wet material is pressed into the feeding pipe. The pressure wind enters the stream through the air ring at the nozzle and sprays the concrete onto the rock surface (as shown in Figure 1).
