各级各类档案馆在强调抓好利用工作的同时,几乎毫无例外地强调档案工作人员,特别是接待利用人员要“熟悉家底”。所谓“熟悉家底”,就是档案工作人员要了解、熟悉、掌握档案馆馆藏的主要内容及其成份。管家过日子“如数家珍”那样,接待利用者时能够从容不迫地问一答十、举一反三、触类旁通,园满地完成接待任务。值得指出的是,档案工作人员“熟悉家底”“如数家珍”不是一件轻而易举的事情。它要求档案工作人员具备如下条件: 1.有较强的事业心,热爱本职工作; 2.基本熟悉馆藏的内容和成份以及各全宗的基本情况;
