随着经济全球化的发展以及知识经济的到来,知识多元化、边缘化趋势愈加明显。知识更新周期缩短,新的科研成果难以通过科研工作者独立的研究取得,团队已经取代个人成为科研创新的主要载体。如何充分发挥团队的优势,鉴别出高绩效的科技创新团队,是摆在管理者面前的一个挑战性的问题。构建一个行之有效的评价体系,不仅有利于管理部门的评价和科研团队的自我评价,也有利于科研团队的绩效评价逐步走向规范化和科学化。本文基于层次分析法,旨在构建一个科技创新团队的绩效评价体系,为科技创新团队的评价提供帮助,为管理者提供一个科学的评价立足点,管理依据,寻找差距,改善本团队绩效。
With the development of economic globalization and the arrival of knowledge economy, knowledge diversification and marginalization have become even more obvious. The cycle of updating knowledge is shortened, new achievements in scientific research are difficult to obtain through independent research by researchers, and the team has replaced individuals as the main carrier of scientific research and innovation. How to give full play to the advantages of the team to identify high-performance scientific and technological innovation team is a challenging issue for managers. Building an effective evaluation system is not only conducive to the management evaluation and research team self-evaluation, but also conducive to scientific research team performance evaluation gradually toward standardization and scientific. Based on AHP, this paper aims to build a performance evaluation system for science and technology innovation team, to provide help for the evaluation of science and technology innovation team, to provide managers with a scientific evaluation standpoint, management basis, find out the gap and improve the team performance.
