目的 观察不同类型青光眼伴有白内障病人施行巩膜隧道内小梁切除联合超声乳化人工晶体植入术后的临床效果。方法37例(37眼)青光眼合并白内障患者行巩膜隧道内小梁切除联合白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶体植入术。结果术后3个月平均眼压低于1.995kpa,平均视力0.5。结论巩膜隧道内小梁切除联合白内障超声乳化吸除并后房型人工晶体植入术,具有切口小、眼压控制良好,滤过泡形态佳且获得一定视力的效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in patients with different types of glaucoma and cataract. Methods 37 cases (37 eyes) of glaucoma with cataract were treated with scleral tunnel trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Results 3 months after the average intraocular pressure was lower than 1.995kpa, the average visual acuity of 0.5. Conclusions Trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in scleral tunnel has the advantages of small incision, good intraocular pressure control, good bleb morphology and certain visual acuity.
