杀灭菊酯又名速灭菊酯、速灭杀丁。是目前农村使用量较大的新农药,报道该药中毒的资料甚少,现将我们诊治的8例报告如下: 一、临床资料 男4例,女4例。最小者17岁,最大者57岁,多为青壮年。误服5例,多在1小时左右发病,生产性中毒3例,6～8小时发病。 症状、体征:恶心6例,呕吐、腹泻4例,头晕、胸闷,腹疼3例,四肢无力、大汗、流涎2例,头痛、全身不适、搔痒、脸烧灼感1例,颜面潮红4例,眼结合膜充血3例,瞳孔缩小、血压升高、肺部湿罗音2例,肌颤、昏迷1例,就诊时体温最低37.4℃,最高38.8℃,平均38℃。
