以植物DNA条形码为代表的新兴生物技术逐渐推广应用于林业科学研究领域。文中介绍了美国科研机构和高校联合开发的Leafsnap可视化植物识别软件的应用情况,根据当前已开展的植物DNA测序和数据库平台构建情况,初步提出一个综合植物DNA条形码、形态和环境信息的智能识别系统,以期为将来改进或开发出更准确、更快捷、更有趣且能进行公众参与的植物识别应用软件提供一些思路,为森林生物多样性研究和应用提供帮助。
Emerging biotechnologies, such as plant DNA barcodes, are gradually being promoted for use in the field of forestry science. This paper introduces the application of Leafsnap visual plant identification software jointly developed by American research institutes and universities. According to the current situation of plant DNA sequencing and database platform construction, an intelligent identification system which integrates the DNA barcode, morphological and environmental information of plants , In order to provide some ideas for future improvement or development of plant identification applications that are more accurate, faster, more interesting and have public participation and help to research and apply forest biological diversity.
