以刘本橙 (刘勤光×本地早) ×代代及其 3 个实生苗后代为试材, 用 R A P D 标记对其子代进行鉴定。从 50 个引物中 筛选出 12 个引物能在父母本及子代上扩增出清晰的带型, 其中有 11 个引物能在父母本间扩增出差异, 1 个引物( S228) 差异不明显。上述 12 个引物中有 11 个引物在 3 个子代间扩增带型相同, 且与母本带型一致; 另 1 个引物( S202) 在母本上的扩增带 (1 200 bp) 在 2 个子代中没有出现。3 个子代中都没有来自父本的特异扩增带。结果表明, 3株实生苗均为珠心苗。
The offspring of Liu Ben-Orange (Liu Qin-Guang × local times) × generations and their three offspring of seedlings were used as materials to identify their progeny with R A P D marker. Twelve primers were screened out from 50 primers, which could amplify clear bands in their parents and their offspring. Among them, 11 primers could amplify the difference between parents and no significant difference was observed in one primer (S228) . Among the above 12 primers, 11 primers had the same amplification band between the 3 progenies and the same bands as those of the female parent. The amplification band (1 200 bp) of the other primer (S202) on the female parent was between 2 A generation did not appear. None of the three progeny had a specific amplified band from the paternal. The results showed that all the three seedlings were abacus seedlings.
