为解决目前纵向运动控制系统通常采用的电子真空助力器(EVB)响应速度较慢的问题,设计了一种基于高速开关阀的电控汽车辅助制动系统。采用脉宽调制(PWM)方法对高速开关阀进行控制,然后对开环系统进行辨识,在辨识模型基础上设计PI控制器实现对制动压力的控制。试验结果表明:该系统的稳态误差小于0.1MPa,响应时间小于0.2s;该系统具有安装方便、与原制动系统可以很好兼容的优点。
In order to solve the problem that the response speed of electronic vacuum booster (EVB), which is commonly used in longitudinal motion control system, is slow, an electronic controlled vehicle auxiliary brake system based on high-speed on-off valve is designed. The pulse width modulation (PWM) method is used to control the high-speed on-off valve, and then the open-loop system is identified. Based on the identification model, the PI controller is designed to control the brake pressure. The experimental results show that the steady-state error of the system is less than 0.1MPa and the response time is less than 0.2s. The system has the advantages of convenient installation and good compatibility with the original braking system.
