执行权是国家强制力的体现,也是人民法院的一项重要权能。本文指出执行权得到有效的行使,能够保障当事人的合法权益,使人民法院的权威得到维护,并对社会主义法治建设有重要的推进意义。
The enforcement power is the manifestation of state coercion and an important power of the people’s court. This article points out that the effective exercise of the executive power can protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, and maintain the authority of the people’s court, which is of great significance to the construction of the socialist legal system.
