本文介绍了我市××机械施工公司××土方队,因食用加热不彻底的酱制牛肉而发生了由山夫顿堡沙门氏菌所引起的食物中毒。经流行病学调查,进食人数为27人,中毒人数为12人,大部分患者发病时间在13—24小时。症状:以胃肠道症状为主,并有3例患者发烧。全部病人经口服氯霉素后于3—4天恢复健康,无一例死亡。由酱制牛肉与患者粪便内分离出菌株,经涂片镜检,生化学与血清学鉴定,以及恢复期病人血清与分离出菌株的特异性凝集反应结果,均证明此次中毒为沙门氏菌属E_4群内山夫顿堡新城变种沙门氏菌。
