眼下,浮躁已成为一种“流感”,传染了一些领导干部。一些领导干部的浮躁,从浅层次看是一种烦躁不安的情绪和心态,从深层次看,则是为人做事的一种不良“做派”。古人云:“心浮则气必躁,气躁则神难凝。”所谓“神难凝”,引申来讲,就是做人不踏实,做事不扎实,心猿意马,志大才疏。
