我国人事档案管理工作得到全面发展,并逐步走上了制度化、规范化、现代化之路。但伴随着社会的发展,人事制度改革的进行,传统的人事档案管理模式在新的社会实践中产生了一些新的矛盾和问题。这些矛盾和问题引发的人事档案管理的弊端将会日益暴露。所以,研究新情况、解决新问题,不断加强和改进人事档案管理,已成为当前人事档案管理部门发展的一个新课题。
China’s personnel files management has been fully developed, and gradually embarked on the institutionalization, standardization and modernization of the road. However, with the development of society and the reform of the personnel system, the traditional mode of personnel file management has created some new contradictions and problems in the new social practice. These shortcomings and problems caused by the personnel file management malpractice will be increasingly exposed. Therefore, researching new situations, resolving new problems, and constantly strengthening and improving the management of personnel files have become a new issue for the development of the current personnel records management department.
