在实施素质教育的今天,“关注每一位学困生,一切为了学生”成了教师工作中的一个亮点,让每位学生学有所得、学有所成,成为我们教师的职责,但在实际的教学中,教师们大多关注的是成绩好的学生,疏忽了学习上有困难的学生。为了体现新课标的理念,教师应该关心学困生,注重对学困生的帮助,努力提高他们的成绩让他们和我们一起走。那么如何帮助他们呢?我根据多年的教学经验,浅谈几点看法。
In implementing quality education today, “paying attention to every student who is poor at school and all to students” has become a bright spot in the work of teachers, enabling every student to learn what it has learned and what it takes to become a teacher. However, in the actual teaching, most of the teachers are concerned about the students who have good grades and those students who have difficulties in learning. In order to embody the concept of the new curriculum standard, teachers should be concerned about students who are poor students, pay attention to help students with hardship, and strive to improve their performance so that they can walk with us. So how to help them? I based on years of teaching experience, talk about a few comments.
