针对磁悬浮列车高速、悬浮运行和直线电机分段驱动等特性,在总结和分析现有磁悬浮列车数据采集方式的基础上,对光纤光栅的光学特性进行了研究和分析,提出采用光纤光栅传感理论来进行磁悬浮列车运行数据采集的方法,并进而提出可以用于磁悬浮列车数据采集的光纤光栅传感器结构,从理论上分析了这种结构的工作模式。实验结果表明,光纤光栅的应力特性能够满足磁悬浮列车定位的需要。
According to the characteristics of maglev train’s high-speed, floating operation and linear motor’s subsection drive, the optical characteristics of FBG are studied and analyzed based on the summarization and analysis of the data acquisition methods of the existing maglev train. Proposed using FBG sensing theory To carry on the method of data acquisition of the maglev train operation, and then put forward the fiber grating sensor structure which can be used for the data acquisition of the maglev train, and theoretically analyzed the working mode of this kind of structure. Experimental results show that the stress characteristics of FBG can meet the needs of magnetic levitation vehicle positioning.
